MABIKACARE provides uniform to all our carers at a reasonable cost. All our staff are required to wear the uniforms at all times unless our client says otherwise. As a Mabikacare staff you are required to be presentable during an assignment ,this requires you to wear a clean and tidy uniform, which comprises of a blue tunic top, black trousers and flat closed black shoes. If you are unable to pay for the cost of the uniform our management team can arrange for you to make a payment once you have started working for us and this will be arranged and agreed to be taken from your wages with your approval..

DBS/Employment Checks
At Mabikacare Ltd we use Care Check for all our Disclosure Barring Services (DBS). The service is environmentally friendly and is completely paperless and is much faster way of getting DBS on time. Care Check works with many different type of organisations, from small care homes and Independent Schools through to NHS Primary Care Trusts obtaining high level criminal record checks for people working and volunteering within regulated industries and Basic criminal record checks through Disclosure Scotland for individuals and organisations not entitled to request the higher level Standard and Enhanced Disclosures. http://www.carecheck.co.uk/

We place great emphasis on customer care and all our staff receives training on this, as part of our compulsory Induction Program.
